Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days for standard shipping.
Collection in Sapphire Salon
Collection is available in Sapphire Nail and Beauty Salon, 32 James Street, Dublin 8. Please allow 1-2 business days for your Collection order to be fulfilled. You will receive an email to confirm when your order is ready to be picked up.

Returns & Exchange
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you have received a defective product please contact us. We are happy to help. Please notify us of defective items and return them within seven days of delivery to receive a refund or exchange. All orders are nonrefundable after seven days. If you are unsatisfied with your unused products and wish to exchange them, you can do so for up to 30 days provided the items are sealed in their original packaging. All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. We are not responsible for covering shipping costs on returns for unused products.
